2 years on my workout but lost 4 months to a car crash
Workout regimine is 5 days a week for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours

Ok for my question, What is a proper cycle for someone my age and weight? What cycle length should I be shooting for? My goals are to gain mass at this point, picture in profile is current. Hope thats all I need been doing lots of reading, I wanna thank all the active posters wich have giving me much to work with.
