    Quad Injection

    Ive been looking for a really good guide/advice for quad injections
    but havent really come accross anything

    can someone point me to a link or something. Or just a simple description here...i already am ok injecting into the glute..but the quad would be MUCH simplier...
    I.E
    WHERE TO INJECT/HOW
