My First Cycle-and my thoughts
Age: 23
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 176lbs.
Body fat: b/w 7-10% (estimated)
Here is my proposed 1st cycle. I am open to opinions. Before though, a intro. Here is a background: Lifting for 4 yrs. I started to hit a plateau and wanted to gain some more weight/strength. I am already relatively lean, but i am not competing in competitions. This is for my own satisfaction and I also want to able to train harder for baseball. I eat as much as i can and i have been sucessfull gaining with diet, but not to my liking. I shoot for 3500 calories at a minimum. Ideally, I want to obtain some goals:
1. Squat-450 (full squat) Current: 370 for 1
2. Deadlift-375 Current: 315
3. Dumb bell press-The 120's Current: the 100's for 6
4. Run a 4.6 40yrd. Current: 4.9 (For baseball and stealing bases)
5. Hit a homerun Currently only hit one while playing softball :(
Now the cycle...
I plan on running sustanon 250 @ 250 mg for the 1st week. (to see if i react badly) Then 500mg for the next 11 weeks. (250mg every 3.5 days) I don't want to take a bunch of gear to begin with, and my budget won't allow that either. I am considering this a trial cycle that george w. bush paid for with his stimulus check. LOL.
I have the PCT stuff in order. I have Nolvadex for after to take for the following 4+ weeks.
Is this an ok beginner bulking cycle. Is that enuff PCT. I have done lots of homework here and decided to go ahead. And let me take this time to say Hello to the community and if nothing else, let this be my introduction to the community.
