500mg Test-E for 10weeks, or 250mg Test-E + 30mg dbol the first 4 weeks?

If you do a search for first cycles you will find the 500mg will be a much better choice.
I believe it's at least 400 mg per week minimum to see some significantly results. Of course, your success depends strictly on your diet and training but mostly on diet.
No, people can grow on 250mg a week of test, but results are minimal. And as GSXXR stated, 500mg per week would be the better route.
Make sure Diet and training is right or you wont grow from this cycle.
I would go with the 500mg, what are your stats? Age,height n, weight, lifting experience?
Im doing a similar cycle to yourself, but imo you should take 500mg test, and i personally favour a slightly higher dosge of dbol, however 30mg will lessern the effects of water retention.
