    bloat from sustaplex

    doing 1cc 3 times a week for the last 4 weeks.. ive gotten very bloated, alot of water.. will cardio help at all? if it will help how much to do a day...

    You can control some of the bloat through diet.......cut down on your sodium intake, and drin plenty of water......You also might want to get an AI......

    Lowering your sodium intake and upping the cardio won't hurt, but you may want to add arimidex at .25mg eod to help a bit more.

    If it is the sust that everyone is using from that brand, it is dosed at 325mg/ml
