    new to site

    214lbs 6 ft. tall, not sure on body fat, working out for past year and a half. have worked out years ago am in pretty good shape.38 yrs. old.have questions on cyp and d bol. i have a bunch and plan on starting cycle in a week. oh im a first timer. how much of each per week. how big of needle and what to use for pct.if some one could help me out i would appreciate it. thanks

    hey thanks big have done alot of reading still unsure on the right ways to go about all this. if you could set me up with a program i could follow, would appreciate it.

    generally, this is not how this forum works. if you cant construct the basics of a cycle by yourself, it shows you have done zero research and are not ready to use aas.

    if you outline a cycle, we will critique it, we dont just make cycles for noobs though.

    take some time and do some reading.

    12 weeks of cyp 200 mgs twice a week kick start with 25 mgs d bol for 6 weeks have nova and clomid on hand probably stick the pin in my thigh, how many days apart to shoot?
