i'm on a dbol test e cycle right now, i'd like to possibly ween out the dbol and throw in some tren and winstrol ,

tried a dbol only cycle for 6 weeks ages ago, so this would be my first real cycle
enjoyed the gains and strength increase hated the losses, lol. used to train in mma got pretty lean, stopped training due to a shoulder injury, lost a good amount of upper body mass and strength. stopped buying groceries ate out for 2 years.

trying to get back i shape now.


current cycle is
1-12 test e 500mg / 250 wed sun
1-6 75mg dbol 25mg 3 times daily
then of course i have nolva and clomid


could i do the winny and tren eod ?

As long as the winni is the liquid and not the pills then yah why not finish your cycle with tren and winni?

word i want to avoid orals as i'm already taking the dbol , still have a few drinks every other weekend or so.

how often can i hit my quads ? if ii'm doing eod ?
i prefer quads over anything else as my ass is a pain in the ass. ( unless i get one of my girls to do it )

and whats the ratio for the winny and tren ? 100mg per ml ?

Your dbol dosage is too high and too long, a first cycle should be test only, if you do add the dbol it should be no more than 50mg/day for no more than 4 weeks.

Yeah your advice might be fine for you or I, but we need to let guys start on test only and see how it works for them.

That's a lot of dbol man, but i like your plan on the test. My first cycle was 500mgs test e ew for 12 weeks, with 40mgs of dbol for 6 weeks and it was great. For my first cycle and second as well.
Tren 's pretty potent stuff to throw in the mix for your first time. What would the dosages look like and for how long.
