good lean cycle?
is this a good lean out cycle? im bout 18% bf id like to get down too 10%...ive got my diet in check now i just dont want too wait to do it naturally. here is what im thinking bout doing....
prop 100mg eod
masteron 75mg eod
clen 60mcg pyramid up too 120 mcg
T3 50mcg or 100mcg
for a total of 8 wks..im about 214lb now id like to be 185-190 to start my mma training

i would bump the mast up to 75mgs ed. but besides that looks good.

looks okay to me too from what i know... but just make sure u get painless prop.. or there will be no mma training ...

painless ...lol...mine come from sachet so painless...lol...but so yall think i could drop down to 185 with that cyle and still maintain muscle

i think its def possible if your diets in check cals counted etc... but you also might want to add taurine or somethign to combat cramps from clen .. i know when i used it i got them bad..in my lges, arms, wrist.. neck.... even when i was taking a piss... not a good feeling.. and also might want to ladder up/down with t3 also.. from what iv read people say you can really f uck up ur natty t3 if you dont... dont know if its true or not.. because people go back and forth on if it is or not... but i rather not find out the hard way..Good luck

so should i keep cals at maintinance or just below? i dont wanna loose muscle...and my t3 pills are 50mcg so i was gonna take 50 mcg for 1 wk then 100 mcg for 6 wks then 50 mcg again last wk and im gonna run benadryl during 3rd and 6th wk
