    2nd Cycle...Advice, please

Looking at starting my second cycle pretty quick. I am 39yrs old, been lifting off and on since about 18yrs old. Diet and workout schedule are in check and pumped to get on this. Current stats are 240lbs, 22% B.F.
    Planned cycle:
    Week 1-12 500mg Pro-Enth Combo - (Enanthate 200mg / Propionate 50mg)
    Week 6-12 Winstrol 50mg E/D

I plan on starting the test @ 500mg/week then, weeks 9 - 12 taper it off 400mg down to 100mg. Would it be beneficial to taper off rather than just 500mg then stop. Also proper PCT to follow...thanks in advance.

Hey Big, don't you think with the right diet and training routine he can cut that BF% down some while on gear? I'm only asking cause I started at at least 20% and wound up at maybe 12% now. But I did do 2 a days for a long time and tons of cardio and really watched my diet. IDK?

In theory, yes. However some experience blood pressure issues, etc. if their bf% is too high.
The main reason I like to make sure people drop their body fat down in most cases before they start the gear is statistical. Every year, around spring, many people decide to "get into better shape". Besides a New Years resolution, this is the main time people make that decision. Unfortunately the vast majority of the people who make that decision falter and eventually let go of their diet and/or training routine. You, Inky, are a prime example of how everyone should be, you overcame the odds and put the hard work into it to achieve dramatic results. I don't mean to imply that the poster of this thread would not be just as dedicated, but the fact of the matter is many who aren't able to diet and train sufficiently to reach their potential before they cycle are likely not to stick with it after the cycle either. We have some members here who planned their first cycle to help them cut, and are now planning their third or fourth cycle with bf% still well over 20%. Just for the possible health risks associated, I would rather this not be the case.
