is there a certain amount of time to wait after injection to go to the gym?

meaning does waiting for the chemical to hit ur bloodstream and be effective have any impact on results overall? im running prop and winny, after weeks taking out winny an adding mast. all at 100mg/ed. 12 week cycle. im 5'7" 236lbs, 13%. this may sound rediculous but I was watching "true life: im on steroids " and this kid running sus said his docot told him to workout between 2 an 4 hours after injection. does this hold any merit?

did u mean me in terms of stats? yeah im beefy, I don't look as much like a refrigerator as u'd assume though. the 13% is spread very well so I kinda just look a lil thick. ok maybe a lil big, but that's y were here right?
