I started my cycle of deca ( 400mg per week ) and test enanthat (500mg per week ) now i would like to know, if during the cycle i need to tone down on carbs or should i have my usual intake ?

clean up your diet..but before that what are your stats? age? bf? and what does your diet look like?
age?
height?
weight?
body fat%?
pct?
cycle history?
years training?
My diet is alright, i have about 320g of protein per day and about 400g of carbs per day.
Stats : 21 years
6"2' , 212 pounds, BF = ?? ( around 13% ) -- don't really have it anywhere else than on my stomach, so i'm not quite sure, but will have to buy a measuring scale.Pct will be clomid and HCG .
So with clean up your diet you mean eat less carbs ?
actually that isnt really that small
post your diet for a day and let us see it, DIET IS THE BIGGEST FACTOR THAT AFFECTS YOUR GAINS WHILE ON CYCLE, IT MUST BE PERFECT IMO
Ok actualy u can't say that @ 212 lbs i'm tiny, because i realy am not tinyso that is kinda off to say.
Anyway, a days diet while i was not on roids and just did a mass program :
Breakfast(8:00) : 70g of protein shake, 50g of maltodextrin, 3eggs, 10dag of chicken ham, fullwheet bread
Breakfast #2 ( 11:00 ) : 20 dag of chicken ham, 150g of fullwheet bagles
Breakfast #3 ( 13:00 ) : 200g of tuna, 50g of fullwhet bagle, 50g protein shake, 50g maltodextrin
Lunch ( 16:00 ) : 250g of chicken or beef , about 150g of pasta or 70g of rice
Training---
After training ( 18:00 ) : 70 g of protein shake, 80 g of maltodextrin
Dinner # 1 ( 20:00 ) : 150g of pasta 10 dag of chicken ham, and i spoil myself off with some cheese here![]()
Dinner #2 ( 22:00 - before sleep ) : 250dag cottage cheese, 5 dcl of yogurt ( about 50g of proteins in this shake - added up the callory intakes writen on the boxes of cottage cheese && yogurt ) .
Well that's that, so should i just continue with that kind of a diet ?
Good diet if you want to gain mass. Calorie not calory...lol. Good luck.
dude at 6'2 ,212 is small i remember when i did MMA i weighted 210 and i felt like a twig now i weight 270 and still dont feel big enough
