Quick Clen Question

If i do 14 weeks of clen using beasts' benadryl method. The 12th week i will be using benadryl. then i do the 13 and 14 and just stop right?

benadryl every 3rd week if thats what you mean. but yes the 12th week would be a benadryl week. then clen 13 and 14 and you're done. I've seen some people taper the dose but i've never done it that way.

you don't have to be strict with the every third week routine, you can run the benedryl whenever you want, so you can run it the last week or the day after your last clen dose
