gear coming out

is it possible for a little bit of your gear to come out when you pull the needle out if you hit the muscle? like if you dont use the z tracking method?

Yes its not a big deal.

the last few times ive injected in the glutes and each time a little drop of blood or 2 comes out and they smell like my gear

It's possible, but if it does it's also possible that the muscle wasn't completely relaxed, or you injected too quickly. I like to wait 10 or 15 seconds after the injection before I extract the needle.

ya i wait like 30 seconds after the injection. i think i inject pretty slowly, i do like a little bit at a time, then stop, then a little more, etc.

You should Z-track anyway...and nothing will come out.
