back pumps

sorry if this has been posted alot b4 but i just wondered how many of u suffer with painfull back pumps and if it stops u training, also is there any way to minimize them?

I think there is a thread about this further down the page but it did not get a whole lot of responses, though some good advice.

I am not taking dbol and am getting this same thing so I wonder what else may be doing it. Obviously a lot of these compounds have similar side effects I suppose.

Stretching and laying down on a bench seems to work for me, and it only happens to me at certain times, good luck...nitro

so try n stretch it out, will give it a try
also it always seems to be just on my left side ne reason for that??
