    injection help

    hi i was wondering if a few people could help me!
    i have been training for several years now and recently have lost all contact with my training partner who used to inject me!
    so now i am having to do it myself but i am wonderin tips on where to place it and how to do it by myself.
    i would like to inject in my shoulder,bi's and tri's.
    so i was wondering on any tips for self injecting.
