    is it ok to use 1" in glute

    sup bro's- i know the norm for glute shots is one and a half inches but i have 1" plus i don't have a fat ass or anything, so do you think it would be ok??

    yer aslong as ur bf% is pretty low you should be alright mate..

    Always better to stick to 1.5's if ya have them to be safe..
