Just trying to get a couple of different opinions on a sust/ winny cycle. 35 yo, 5' 9" 190 lbs unsure of bf? but pretty lean overall. Only 3-4 cycles under belt. If i'm gonna run sust and winny for 12 weeks, should I start them both at the same time or stagger my start times? What would the difference be if I ran both for 12 weeks or ran just the sust wks 1-12 and the winny wks 6-12? Thanks.
