This is my first time taking anything.

Any suggestions as to what to take, how often, and what the effects would be. [i am not afraid of needles - used to give insulin shots to relatives]
My diet is already altered to low fat, low carb, high protein. 6 meals per day.
I am also worried about as little side effects as possible.
I know I am asking for alot, but I am nervous and I don't trust what some other people are telling me so I figured I would come to the pros.
My ultimate goal would be like an xtra 5 lbs of mass, but lean and strong. Does what I am asking for even make sense?
