First Time User - PLEASE HELP! - Looking little mass & lean
This is my first time taking anything.
I have been hitting gym for the past 4 weeks.
I'm 5'5" - 155lbs. I have a ways to go w/ body fat, strength etc.
I am looking to gain a little mass, become lean and just tone up. I am not looking for a drastic change, just a little bit of an edge, enough so that I notice an improvement. At the same time I don't want people to look @ me and say, hes def. on something.
Any suggestions as to what to take, how often, and what the effects would be. [i am not afraid of needles - used to give insulin shots to relatives]
My diet is already altered to low fat, low carb, high protein. 6 meals per day.
I am also worried about as little side effects as possible.
I know I am asking for alot, but I am nervous and I don't trust what some other people are telling me so I figured I would come to the pros.
My ultimate goal would be like an xtra 5 lbs of mass, but lean and strong. Does what I am asking for even make sense?

well bro first what is your age and body fat %? for your goals you could put 5 lbs of lean mass on you with diet and proper excercise in no time. your goals would be very easy to reach without aas.

im 28 - ive been working out for 4 weeks now - 3 x per week. 45 mins cardio. 1 1/2 w/ weights. chest/tri's - back/bi's - shoulders/legs - abs every time.
i've never done anything before. this is first time
Diet consists of - whole wheat waffle w/ pb @ 6am - 2 egg whites w/ 1 slice whole wheat @ 10 - 1 pc grilled chicken and some veggies or salad @ 12:30 - protein bar @ 2 - banana @ 3:30 - 7pm dinner is either tilapia/tuna/grilled chx w/ steamed veggies and protein shake before bed.
supplements are amino acids pill - 3/day - superpump 1 time/day - whey protein shake 1 time/day -
again I am pretty new to all of this. I have a pretty fast metabolism and last year worked out consistenlty for 4 months hard - with pretty much what I did above and I also took creatine and got in really good shape, but I was going to the gym alot longer. 12 hour work days keep me from that now.

hahahha this guy belives in magic he wants mass and to cut up. u need high carb to gain weight too budy

i dont know my body fat % - but I would guess its in the high teens low 20's right now...
So maybe 10 lbs of mass - i just want to be 'strong' and in shape without ppl 'noticing' too much.

only training for 4 weeks?? like, total???
if that's the case, you're a long way off from needing any gear.
you can stick anything in your body you want...but if you dont know how to train and eat right first, then you wont see progress at all.
i've only been training 2 1/2 years....and i feel like a noob...learning so much on here...
