Water Retention Question?

I was wondering when it comes to water retention if it is retained over the whole body when your on?

There were times I noticed all over bloat, then there were other times where I noticed that just my face was bloated, so I don't think it is set in stone. I am sure some have only had all over, and some have had certain areas bloat.

yes generally it is...but some people hold more in certain spots...my face. sides of my abs, and lower back get it worst...which is wicked...:lol::lol:

I seem to be getting it all in my face so I'm guessing it depends on each person.

How do you get rid of the water?

My face just bloats... I try to cut my sodium intake. Cardio as well

Drink more water. The more water in, the more water out.
