Do a search on google for letro's half life bro, ur question will then be answered by a medical professional. Just like most pct gear, letro is in ur system for about 48 hrs. I usually just take my pct gear with dinner or before bed, doesnt matter since even clomid and nolva are in ur system for at least 24 hrs along with other pct gear. I actually think letro is closer to 72 hrs and other ai's like l-dex and aromasin is 48 hrs. I havent looked for awhile but if u did then you'd find the answer.

i take mine in morning but i hear lots take it at night due to dizzy vision on some people, but i havent had that side effect
