newb: which is best for me?

Hey im reasonably new to this site, have been looking at it for a couple months now.
friend from work passed it on to me.

Any way i will cut to the chase.
I know a few people and i can pretty much get what ever i want..

but the main two i was looking at getting was Deca or sust 250..

i am only 19, but i have been lifting for the last 6 years and eating correctly for my whole life(lucky enough to have health freak parents who passed their love for food onto me).

    stats are
    6ft tall
    210 pounds
    currently on a bulking diet.
not sure what my bf % is.

Ive read about steroids considerably over the last 4 years.
still wouldnt say that i know alot though.

Ahh and i have oily skin, so im wondering if sust or deca will cause me to get bad acne because of my already oily skin.

Well, congrats on the healthy lifestyle. But, I am still going to tell you that you are too young man, let your body finish growing naturally before you start using any gear. You got some time, keep up the good work NATURALLY.

haha i figured that would be the first reply that i would get .

    Id go the supplements path..
other than the protein i already have..
but it seams the juice is cheaper than half of the supplements these days.
which is a stupid excuse i know.

Yeah, just realize we have seen a lot of bad things happen to people that have not FULLY developed who started using AAS. Just stick with the supplements for now along with your workout routine. What is your diet? Your diet will determine any gains (you prob know that) and what are your goals? Use this site to help meet your goals as much as possible without using any juice.

    Good luck and BE CAREFUL

I agree, 19 is just too young in my opinion. Stick round and do some reading, when you are ready you will be much more prepared.

You can damage your HPTA as it is not fully developed yet so I would say stay away. Congrats on living a healthy lifestyle tho!

well my current diet is bulking soo i eat alot of food.

breakfast - 3 egg + ham omlet or 4 packets of oats with two pieces of toast with peanut butter
snack - fruit + nuts and maybe a sandwhich if im hungry by then
Lunch - protein shake + half a chicken + salad
snack - protein shake and beef jerky
dinner - 500grams of chicken with rice + salad
    snack - fruit
snack - baked beans with toast or something else of equivalent

and my goals are to gain probably another 60-70 pounds in the next couple years with around 10% bf..
    which will take some dedication.

But im on 6 months holidays, so i have all the time in the world to train and eat.

and yea the side effects of being young and taking AAS were the reasons i hadnt seriously thought of taking them till now.

Ok, take this diet and post it in the diet forum and ask for a critique of it. There are a lot of guys that just hang out in the diet forum who really know what they are talking about. There are also some great diets posted there. And of course keep reading here in the Q & A section, by the time you are ready for AAS, you should be very prepared, and you can stay much safer. Study, Read, then study and read some more man. Good Luck
