How does this look? help.
First cycle:
Test prop 150mg eod week 1-8
A-dex 9-12 1mg (4 weeks)
clomid 50mg week 9-14 (4 weeks)
Looking to gain 10-15 lbs and increase strength by about 50lbs on all lifts....age 21, 6 years working out, protein 350g, cals 3500.

And no I like prop because it kicks in fast, and ther are less sides....I dont care as much about the pain of shooting and I figer prop would be the best choice.

I just want to know in 8 weeks of prop as long as my diet is good and training is good how much can the avg person be looking to gain? and is 50lbs on most lifts a bit of a push? or can I take my lifts to that level on a first cycle?

nice! well Im having surgery in a couple days and I wont be able to work out for about 6 weeks....this means I will prob loose about 10lbs (since Im a hard gainer) and my strength will drop....Im looking to take somthing that will get me back in the game quick, and then some! I figer 8 weeks is a good safe cycle and If I want to run it for 10 or 12 weeks I can when I come to that point.
