is it swollen just on that lump or is the whole shoulder swollen in addition to the lump?

are you using clean loader needles every time for drawing?

new needle and syringe? cleaning the injection site before hand? cleaning the stopper/top of the bottle before piercing thru with your needle to draw?

any puss/discharge?

Yes, the needle i used, and all the ones i plan on using, are sealed. I used alcohol wipe on my shoulder, and a new one to wipe the stopper. I did use the same needle to draw and then inject though. There is no puss or anything like that. It just feels like the middle head muscle of my delt is swollen.

It is just swollen right there on the small spot on the middle head of my delt.
