I have 16% bf will 30 gague 3/8'' be enough for abdominal sub-q ?

Is the pinching of the skin really necessary or can i just stab and shoot ??

b12 can be shot either subq or im, i personally like im because shooting 1-2mL subq is a bitch and it leaves little red bumps all over the place from the b12 showing through the skin if your fair skinned, just shoot it im
