Hey guys, could you please help me here. Ive been doing my research on sustanon 250 and im confused. Some places are saying shoot eod, some say every week is fine whereas others say every ten days. I just cant get a definative answer and I need one quick as I am 2 weeks into a sust 12 week course!

The reason for all the confusion is that sutanon is a blend of different esters and some are short and some are long so to keep blood levels stable EOD seems to be the most suggested route however many people do shoot it twice per week and get excellent results however side effects seem to be more common with the injections spaced out further especially with only weekly injections because of the short ester.

500mg every 6 days,inject EOD...I know there is a lot of conflicting info on sust.....the reason is be cause it was first designed to be a combo that releases slowly over about a period of 12 days with a half life of about 6 days....this six day mark is when it would seem like a good time to inject because of the decca life that is in the sust.....but be cause of the slower acting tests in the sust it is better to do EOD to keep your levels from going up and down<up and down,up and down witch causes more sides!.....does this explain what you need to do?.....you won't find this info on google or anyplace because they will have the medical protocol in thier info....hope this answers your questions!

Im about to finish my 1st Sust cycle and eod worked like a charm. I had zero sides and great gains. I didnt even get 1 pimple and felt like a rock star the whole 10 wks. I actually got to liking the injections and looked forward to the next one on my off days.

When I did Sust I shot it EOD. I think you will be more than happy with the results. How's your diet looking dude?? Why don't you post up your stats for us to take a look at and maybe we can give you some more advice... Good Luck Brother

Twice a week worked great for me. I did try my last cycle at once a week then splti it into two or twice a week and saw much greater gains after that.
