ive been on and off working out, i did 2 bulking cycles and one cutting, my first bulking cycle was a test deca dinabol
1-10 sustanon 500mg a week
1-10 300mg deca
1-6 30mg dbol a day
cycle 2 was test
week 1-10 cyponate 400mg
week 1-10 eq 250mg
week 1-10 androil 200mg aday
my cutting cycle was last year
week 1-6 winstrol eod 50mg
week 1-6 propinate 100mg eod
week 1-6 anavar 15mg ed
i know these cycles are not advanced but i used to get really good gains.now am 220 pounds, 107kgs, i have some good size but i want to get defined , i want to change.
i have access to everything, winstrol, primo, anavar, parabolan, clen , ephedrin.

my diet is
5 egg whites 5 oranges 6gs amino acids+ multivitamin+liv52
2 hours later myoplex delux meal replacement
2 hours later 400mgs fish + big plate of salad + 6mgs bcaa+liv52
2 hours later 50g protien shake + 1 big banana or 2 small
1 hour later a glassoff milk
2 hours later chicken brest+ 6g amino
1 hour later casien proten 45mgs + l carnitine.
i do change 1 or 2 meals every day so i wont get bored and i add snaks between meals
