    Help me out here

    Im 19y/o and thinking of taking some AAS Trenbolone im 6' 150lbs 6%BF

    Summer is coming........

    If i start a good diet and go on some AAS and have a good PCT<Good results?

    dont do aas, you are 19 you are stilla damn teenager, so you can easily get gains naturally!!! that is the best way to do it, work out for a coulpe more years then think about goin on a cycle....
    work on ur diet first! that is the best thing to do

    to the poster.. it really doesnt matter how old you are anyway. at 150lbs and 6' tall you need food. no one on here is going to give you advice on how to cycle. you need to learn how to do the basics (eat) before we will help you with aas.

    The repercussions don't show up immediately. But, you can't wait and see if their endocrine system screws up and they are f***ed for life. Or you can take out advise and wait, learn, and grow to a respectable size.

    Oh also, when you deal with gear you are also taking on the risk of jail. Think about that also.
