a Newbie's first cycle questions

I am about to start my first Cycle, done my research but i just thought to check with more experienced guys, i live in egypt, so steroids here are perfectly legal over the counter meds, so they are really easy to get.

i am going to do a 12 weeks cycle of testosterone 500 mg a week ( i've been told i don't need deca for my first cycle), Nolvadex 10 mg a day, for pct ill use Nolvadex 20 mg a day, clomid 50 mg a day for two weeks post cycle,

its a simple cycle but any comments will be welcomed

also for the teste should i use Sustanon or Primoteston (testosterone enanthate)
I am leaning toward Primoteston because it seems that Sustanon will need too frequent injections

And should I use Dianabol 20 mg a day for the first few week to accelerate muscle growth?

Most dont recommend Deca for a first cycle. But the test E is a great first cycle. Also you may ad DBol if you like for the first 4 weeks

seems like the basic bread and butter cycle, gains will be good if you are ready to be on cycle and your diet/training are in check

age 24/ training experience 2 years continous training/height 5.9/ weight 235 pounds

i wouldnt recomend the dbol..lets see how his body reacts to the test 1st



what kind of test are you running?


also i would strech the pct out longer than 2 weeks

damn...must feel good living in a country where gear is leagal

nothing wrong with dbol as a kickstart for a first cycle.

pct should be 4 weeks minimum.

dbol and test would be good.. i think.. just make sure you keep ur injections 2x a week like mon thursday.. to keep blood lvs more stable... and split ur dbol tabs up through out the day because it has a short life.

try 30 mg Dbol man .and liquidex insted of nolva

thanx guys i will stretch the pct to 4 weeks , probably go with test enanthate, and yes its great to live in a country where this stuff is legalized as you know u won't get screwed in the black market buying fakes, cheap 2, but remember that the potential for abuse by idiots is great.

nothing is wrong with dbol..but a sa precaution i wouldnt advise him to do it b/c if something happens he dosent know if its the test or the dbol thats messin him up

a test only cycle is a good 1st cycle...and if he does want a kick start i personaly would recomend tbol..its less toxic and holds less water than dbol

but thats jus my opinion

5'9" and 235, what is your body fat%?

last time i measured my body fat percentage a couple of months ago it was 16%

here, i'll lay out some stuff for you,
first thing, you need to get your diet in check, here is some threads on cutting, lean bulking and pure bulking to give you some info, but you need to post your diet for critiqueing, your wasting your money otherwise

only when you have your diet down should you think about cycling, a beginner cycle should look like this

1-12 test e 500mg/week
1-4 dbol 40mg/day ( this is used to kickstart the cycle and is optional)

take your test injections 3.5 days apart, like monday morning and thursday evening

split your dbol up throughout the day, this will keep your blood levels stable, which means less sides and more gains

if you take the dbol, supplement with liv52 to help you liver cope with breaking down the dbol

btw, here are the profiles on the AS you will be using so read them and get to know the stuff your putting in your body
