Looking for someone to guide a new-comer

I'm looking to shed 50 lbs - 60lbs permanently (I'm 6'1, 250 lbs and mildly muscular but mostly fat), without losing LBM. I know Clenbuterol is ideal, but does anyone have suggestions as to what I should stack onto my Clenbuterol? And how I should cycle my stack?

I'd appreciate any help and look forward to posting my progress once I get started.

I've read the clenbuterol handbook, so I have an idea that I need to supplement it with potassium and taurine. However, I was looking to hear from people with experience for some more thorough details.

And what do you mean "easily"? I'm looking to do this quickly. I want to lose 30lbs by the end of August. Another 30 lbs before Christmas.

I also do not like cardio. I just lift. I've read some literature that supports the idea that lifting is more effective in speeding up your metabolism than cardio is.

I appreciate the responses. Hope to hear more.

Well, I don't do cardio. So if that's all you can suggest, I'm sorry, but it's wasted on me. I don't plan on ever doing cardio.

haha, actually I have seen some guys on tv and they seem to have no trouble keeping the weight off and I bet they do little to no cardio unless you count running from the pimps and police.

I just turned 21. You're right I'm lazy, but I do go to the gym 4x/wk, so it's not like I'm idle and taking pills.

I have no real consistent diet. I tried 1500 cals a day, which was met with some success, but it's not enough food for me, especially now that I am lifting. I'm consuming probably 2500 cals on avg. now. My grandparents are from Italy, so naturally my diet is high in carbs. I know, I should be eating more protein and less carbs. And I plan to do so, once I figure out my clenbuterol stack/cycle.

    Any help?

If your diet is not in check what is the point of taking anything ? Once you come off it you will bounce right back to where you started.

2500 cals for someone my size is actually pretty good. I should be able to eat over 3000 cals just to maintain my weight.

Anyway, does anyone else have experience with clenbuterol .

The calories don't mean #$@@. What are your macros ? You just said you are eating a lot of carbs, that should be a good place to start. Do more research in the diet section. You just sound like a parrot asking the same question no matter what people say.

    Im out , later.

Dude (cimmeran), if you don't want to do Cardio you are wasting your time. I would also have to disagree with lifting weights being able to burn more fat than doing cardio. You can try something like high intensity training where you dont have to run miles and miles at the same pace, but rather alternating b/w sprinting and walking or sprinting and jogging. This is really an effective method. Make it fun or even take up some sports or a lot of sports to keep busy.

Lifting weights may make you stronger, but you're gonna have to lift a hella-lot of reps to burn off 50 lns anytime soon. You will have to do circuit traing and busting your balls from one station to the next.

Please make sure your diet is in check before considering any of the above.

I did consider SmartLipo (the use of a laser instead of a vacuum), but it's extremely expensive. Clenbuterol makes a lot more sense given my budget as a student. And I do work out.

Once again, anyone care to address my original question?

guess thats why you have the extra 50 followin ya. just type what you want to hear, then i will retype it for you. everyone told you cardio is the key. so take your clen stack it with whatever the hell you want and let us know how it works out for you. why ask a question if you dont want to listen. here, stack it with 50 mg ed of winny, it is tremendous at burning fat when paired with clen. i lost 45 lbs in 12 weeks, doing this with no cardio.

Can you post your cycle, or give me an idea how you built up to your maximum doses?

this is ridiculous, do you know what clen does, here, you said you read the handbook, what cells/receptors does clen antagonize?
