uh... ppl do use only test. but test cant give you all the results that other things can. plus!!!!! test has many side affects. it just depends on the dose and user.

Test is fine alone.People generally will use it in a first cycle by itself. In subsequent cycles another compound is added in many cases in order to achieve more dramatic results. Its a personal preferrance.
