Clen question< newbie

Hey i just recieved my liquid clen from lion 200mcg/ml.
How long will that last me?
Can someone explain the syringe < like if i need 60mcg
what line would i stop at?

if each of the numbers represents 1mL then each line = .2mL
if each line=.2mL and each mL=200mcg then .2mL=1line=40mcg

I would wait before trying clen at your age and body fat%. diet and exercise will get you to the weight you want. clen is very powerful stuff and has alot of sides believe me I know I'm on it right now. If you got it from lion, are those his syringes? if so I would only go to the second line to start with that would be 40 mcg's. Make sure you know how much you are taking especially if its your first time. I would start at only 40 mcg's.

get a new syringe if the lines are faded, go to a drugstore or pharmacy, walmart, whatever and go to the pharmacy desk and ask if you can have an oral syringe, i got a couple yesterday for free, make sure and ask for the smallest mL one they have, as in 3mL is better than 5mL, or the one that has the most lines in between each mL

no, you take it everyday, here, use the search button and type in clen faq, it's by perfectbeast and it will answer alot of your questions, read it through 3x, trust me on the three time thing, you retain much more if you read, think about what you read and think of questions, reread and see if your questions are in there, then do it a third time, and yes it's scientifically proven to work
