Water retention on cycle -what to do? What to use and how to dose?
I'm on the first week of my first cycle (250mg/week of 'Test E' plus 50mg Mesterlone ED) and I am noticing that my face in particular is getting swollen.
Apart from reducing Sodium intake, what can I do to reduce this kind of water retention? I have both Nolvadex and Clomid on hand but have not used them yet because not sure of dosing for this purpose and whether it will help or not.
Thanks for helping.

Apart from sodium, what is your BF? Higher BF = higher estro sides = bloat. How much water are you drinking PD? Bloat can be accompanied by high BP as well. Are you monitoring this?
1-1.5 gallons of water PD
Green Tea Extract (for it's natural thermogenic with very slight diuretic properties)
AI's (Dex, Exe)
Proviron
Keep BP/diet in check.

Thanks for your input!
To answer your questions, my body fat is low (maybe 12%), but like you said, I am seeing higher blood pressure (from day one). For water, I drink all day long but will try to buy bigger bottles from today on. I have also been mixing Japanese green tea with my water.
When you say Dex and Exe for AI's --what are the active ingredients? I can probably get those at a local pharmacy here but I need to find the generic names.
Thanks again

Water retentioning usually down to the regulation of the renin-angiotensin-aldoseterone system. If you're not drinking enough water what your body dose in response to this increase the production of a peptide hormone called ADH, which signals to your kidneys to conserve water and sodium. So maybe before you try armidex or its likes, increasing your water intake to around 2.5-3litres if you haven't already done so may help.
