Ok, hope the steak is lean, taking in with carbs. Also why are you taking in carbs this late in the day when do you work out ?

I am guessing this is before bed. So you take in almost no carbs all day buy then right before bed you take them in ???
I Basically ate that almost everyday , with a few exceptions.
