anavar or clen? for fatloss
im not going to do either my friends wants my opinion hes 26 and whats help cutting and i told him if he is going to do it then ill ge what advice i cant whats your opinions and can either cause gyno?

i would go with a clen or clen/t3 stack to help him with the fatloss
whats his diet like, that will be the main factor

yes, though it's not an AS, and anything you take too much of can hurt, what do you think would happen if you drank 5 gallons of water in one sitting, even though water is essential to our health, too much can kill us

neither have a very high risk of it, anavar is a very mild oral steroid and clen has nothing to do with AS, testosterone or estrogen so no gyno with it

yes, it is cheaper by far, as avavar is considered a "designer drug" so a 6 week cycle is pretty costly, clen is very cheap for most people, depending on the dose he has to take
read and print out perfectbeast's clen faq and have your friend read it, it will tell you alot, then come ask more questions if you have them

the whey is quick release which will give your body protein now, while the chicken will breakdown over the next several hours for a more sustained release

LOOKS GREAT. couple more ?'s the calcualtor said i need liek 2400-2500 to have fatloss WO muscle loss i was thinkin your is good bud add some veggies to increase overall cals and i was gunna ask about carb cycling and if i should hav my shake then do cardio or do cardio then have my shake

i would
workout
drink low carb protein shake
cardio
that way your body has more protein in it to help rebuild muscle while you do cardio, your body won't use the protein for energy as it is very inefficient for your body to break down protein into indiviual amino acids then convert them to energy
you can add veges, though they have very little impact because of their high fiber content, look into edamame soy beans, very low GI and GL and they have some cals in them, very good also
i doubt you will lose muscle with this diet, look at the amount of protein you have in it,
if you are 15%bf then you break down like this
Fat mass=28.8lbs
LBM= 163.2
YOU ARE GOING TO BE EATING 2G OF PROTEIN FOR EVERY LB OF MUSCLE, that's a ton trust me, so muscle loss is going to be at a minimum

ok what if i had the shake after cardio is that bad i havent yet to scared to catablolize but someone said to try it so far i just hav the shake then do cardio

dude, your on a steroid forum, everything we do has risks, every injection we take could have a bacteria/mold in it that could kill us, but we do it anyway, this is a risky game, besides, a life without risks isn't much of a life at all, try it if you like for a week and see which you like better, you won't lose 5lbs of muscle if you make a mistake
i don't mean to sound harsh if that's how it comes across but think of it this way, right now your diet, training, and knowledge is better than 95% of the people that are in your gym, i know that in my gym i am probably the most knowledgable on diet and AS by far since my gym is a little family place/hangout. So looking at it from that standpoint, we have an advantage on my people we are trying to surpass already, you won't lose that advantage by experimenting a little bit, hell, you might gain a bigger one, but you don't know until you try.Last edited by Phate; 06-07-2008 at 07:28 PM.
