dont change your life becuse of steroids. do what u usually do.
bcaa definately, multivit and protein powder.... thats what i use....
creatine might hold more water, and NO is basically doin the samt hing as the test is... so IMO a waste
yea multi , fish flax oil, weight gainers , glutamine, waxy maize, kre alklyn ,milk thisle ,BCAA . hahah thats sounds expensive but i work at a supp store
keep everything the same just make sure you get enough bcaa they are key
nothing besides protein.
save the creatine, NO boosters etc for pct when you need a boost
Just essential stuff ofcourse, and lots of food.
