    HELP me to get bigger muscle.



    Hi All, I hope you guys can help me. I am new to this site and Im asking for your help. I am 30 yr old female, I have been training for a good 4 years. Right now, I have to decided to compete next year and I really need to get bigger. I've been eating a lot in order for me to grow and mostly clean food. I get my carbs from fruits. I think I'm doing this right but I do need to know if I should be taking any special supplements to help me reach my goal. I'm only taking creatine, glutamine and bcaa.

    Welcome to the site... I think the first thing you should do is check the diet forum and learn as much as possible. Take some time to read through the site before you even think of using gear.

    Maybe stacking those aminos+ some vits together with some weaker compounds (in androgenic meaning) as oxandrolone, 4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone or metenolone (oral or injectable) would help out.And agree with other 2 guys' said, about making proper diet plan.

    getting carbs from fruits is a no no as fructose, the sugar in fruits, has a high affinity for fat cells, carb sources should be low GL foods such as sweet potatos, oatmeal, lentils etc.
