Hi All, I hope you guys can help me. I am new to this site and Im asking for your help. I am 30 yr old female, I have been training for a good 4 years. Right now, I have to decided to compete next year and I really need to get bigger. I've been eating a lot in order for me to grow and mostly clean food. I get my carbs from fruits. I think I'm doing this right but I do need to know if I should be taking any special supplements to help me reach my goal. I'm only taking creatine, glutamine and bcaa.
