I have heard that HCG can be taken both intramuscular as well as subcutanoeous, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with either method, and which is more effective.

It will do what it's supposed to do either way, I shoot sub q.
look at zeus3s thread on how much hgh (just a couple threads newer) and you will find you answer!......
