    source checks

    hey bro ive been gone almost a yr to the date and i was wondering who does the source checks now. i need to see if any of my old sources are still legite. i blew my bicep it totally tore off the bone. i was benching 405 and tore it playing flag football. still not totally recovered but i need to get back into it. thanks bros!
