    Question supps with gear

    ive done my homework on the cycle part of it but what about supps? should probly stay off creatine due to retention but still stick with no2 and bcaas with multi vitamin or zma or should i drop it all? is there any to help post cycle to keep gains?

    imo, using mass/srength supps are a waste while on a cycle. it wont hurt anything but just seems to be pointless. i would save the creatine and NO for off cycle.

    ok i just asked because i read that the creatine helps to maintain gains after cycle?

    when guys come in to my work and tell me there on cycle i say take tons of BCAA pills protein glutamine. ZMA is pointless when on juice

    Always vits and protein powder for me. I jump on the creatine as soon as cycle ends with pct and high rep workouts combined with sh##load of cardio.
