liquor and gains?

ok question is that i'm thinking of starting my first cycle of test E 500mg a wk.. but the thing is that I have a pretty big social life. I tend to go out and party like a rock star on the weeknds.. I can handle not drinking on a friday night and then still get my work out in on saturday.. but then on saturday i'll be out drinking. Now i'm not gonna be drinking beer.. mostly voka and patron! :-) When i drink, i drink enough to get a good buzz.. nothing to crazy.. no hang overs either. Love the ladies!

question is how will this affects my gains?

Don't drink when on gear....kills gains and your liver too. I have drank twice on my curren cycle and it seems to take me back two steps.....I drop weight and then it takes longer to get back to where you were.

I recomend not drinkin while on gear.

Ohhhh man. Use the search button, this has been discussed over and over and over on here. My advice wait until your mature enough to not have to "party like a rock star" (Coooooorrrrrrnnnnnyyyy) to have a good time and get laid, before you start a cycle. It will affect your gains.

ok NO drinking then. I read people talking about not drinking beer.. i know that drinking beer is alot of caliors and all but, there wasnt much on liquor. But thanks for the advice.. NO DRINKING ON GEAR!

so how about after your cycle?? will drinking then take affect on your size?

Dude, Why would you drink on gear. I mean a little wont hurt you but I think youi should just stay commited. Its good practice

If you commit yourself to a lifestyle of working out, and getting big, changing your diet, then drop the drinking. It's hard at first, but well worth it.

agree with Abbot, this is a lifestyle....and DEFINITLEY NOT a lifestyle for rockstars if you know what i mean

I will tell you the same as these guys ^^^^^, a little self control for the duration of your cycle will do you good. Plus a lesson in discipline too!
