injection volume too much for shoulder????

hey guys quick question......i'm adding masteron today and i'm rotating six sites for injecting.....quads, glutes, and delts.....and now my injection volume will be 2.5 ml........and i'm worried that my delts can't handle that much volume and have NO IDEA what to do if they can't

I personally dont go over 1.5 in delts. I have heard some say 2 is a limit. It will probably feel like someone hit you with a baseball bat in the shoulder if you inject that much.

ive gone up to 3ml in my delts with no probs. just go real slow and give them at least a week between injections.

Normally people only do 2 max. .5ml probably wouldnt hurt, just dont inject pre-workout and massage it.

i put 2 in my delt a few weeks ago and i was hurtin pretty bad...it felt like i woke up every morning for about a week feeling like someone was kicking my shoulder all night long....but thats just me

i did it and my workout went ok.....we'll see if there are any reprucussions tomorrow.....i mean the only other thing i could do is like do two shots on delt days and put half of it in my chest....but i've never shot my chest cept for IGF

ive done 3 mls in the delts plenty of times... only once i had a problem because i pulled out the needle wayyy to fast and oil started leaking out lol

Who told you that?

The quads provide 3 injection spots: Vastus Medialis, Vastus Intermedius, and Vastus Lateralis.

The Triceps provide two spots.

The delts provide 3.

Add the gluteus maximus and the site of the ventrogluteal into the mix, and you have 20 easily accessible sites to rotate tru.

I never shoot pecs, bis, quads, or calves... but I'm not likely to run out of spots either.

Exxxxactly.

You don't have to shoot the medial head each time Ruhl. Only thing I have noticed is I usually hit a vein trying to go for the front delt...

You can move all along your outer quad...3 delt heads...up your chest...etc.

Basically only area where you are limited is your glutes. Just watch the sciatic.....

I've done three in the delts man with no problems. I don't think you need to go any higher bro, just to many injection sites to choose from. But if you do inject a large amount, take it easy and go slow.
