    Love hate relationship with it too... anything over 25mg a day causes me severe stomach upset and irregular heartbeat after 7 days....I've found I can tolerate it at 10-15 mg a day for longer periods with noticeable benefits. ...taken with grapefruit juice...

    i dont like it either bro. but 35-40mgs seems to be the sweet spot for ppl that i know who love it.

    I tried it and didn't like it at all. I first ran 60mgs ed and that turned out to be way too much and started some acne. 40mgs a day seem to be as much as i could take.
