best cycle for Strength and Speed
190 lbs
5 foot 9
12% Bf
BB training for 4 years just making my way into powerlifting
what is the best cycle for a powerlifter?
Goals are increase of strength {bigtime} and speed. Along with gains maybe 10 lbs and decrease bf to about 9-10 %.
Diet will be lower carb days for 4 days and higher for 3!
thinking of compounds such as OBV any form of TEST {prop}, tren , anavar , dbols, deca , eq and HGH. any more suggestions!

diet macros r 2500cal/200p/100c/75f
2500cal/180/200c/50f
foods are chicken, salad, steak, eggs, oats, milk , baked potatoes, brown rice, and fruits and broccolii and asparagus along with the occasional tuna and when i can some pasta!

ive used in the past Test Enth and Eq twice and a Dbols only cycle {which sucked i jumped from 180 lbs to 200 lbs and when i was done was back down to 180 lol}

thinking of this cycle:
1-3 Test Prop 100 mg/eod {300mg/w}
1-3 Test Enthanate 250 mg/w
3-7 Test Enthante 500 mg/w
3-6 Tren Ace 100mg/w {300 mg/w}
Have my reasons for this cycle being so short

whats the point of using enth at all. i would just run the prop and tren for 6-7 weeks @ 100mgs/eod.

b/c ill get sick of pinning eod the prop and tren .. plus i really liked the gains off enth and on top of it i already have a bottle at home so mise well use it

well if you are going to stick to that then i would keep the dosage the same for the enth. i see what you are trying to do by offsetting the enth with prop in the first 3 weeks but considering that the prop will already be out of your system before the enth peaks i would shot 500mgs ew. jmo

yeah it should be a good cycle. if i where personally running it i would do one of two things.
weeks 1-7 prop 100mgs/eod
weeks 1-7 tren a 100mgs/eod
or
weeks 1-3 prop 100mgs eod
weeks 1-7 enth 250mgs ew
weeks 1-7 tren a 100mgs eod.
you will get the results you want from the tren. i would just run a small dose of test.

lmaoooooo ...yah well im just focusing on my basic lifts:
Bench Press also Incline
Clean and Snatch
Deadlift
Push press DB and BB
Front squats
Chin ups and pull ups
Four times a week I will do sprint training with a Parachute and Weighted Vest
Will these compounds assist alot? and anything esle i should add? How would HGH fit into this cycle and will it work for me {remember im 21}

keep it simple to start out!.....try
anavar and clenbuterol would be my first choice!
winny and clenbuterol 2nd choice
tren acetate and clenbuterol 3rd choice

pretty shitty advice
the guy wants to GAIN 10lbs, not lose 10 and harden up. Powerlifters are usually pretty bulky, winny and clen , especially without test would be useless and painful on the joints
take the optoin 2, i like it

Sprint training 4 times a week, that's too much imo. Just do a dynamic day, Squat with chains or bands, sled pulls sprints (or parachute runs), and overhead throws for example. Try to keep it simple and short for maximum speed and power gains. Clean and snatch are awesome lifts but clean pulls and snatch pulls are equally explosive and less taxing since you don't drop under the bar. You can add some before or after your deadlift.
