BB training for 4 years just making my way into powerlifting
what is the best cycle for a powerlifter?
Goals are increase of strength {bigtime} and speed. Along with gains maybe 10 lbs and decrease bf to about 9-10 %.
Diet will be lower carb days for 4 days and higher for 3!
thinking of compounds such as OBV any form of TEST {prop}, tren, anavar, dbols, deca, eq and HGH. any more suggestions!
