Thank YOU- your advice got me 27lbs
I want to say thank you to several of you who responded to my posts about my cycle. You reviewed my diet and told me the truth, it SUCKED. I changed my diet and changed my life.
Here is the scoop and I would like some feedback on my PCT workout and diet.
12 week cycle: 1.5 week left.
170lbs at start: 6% body fat
500 mgs Test Cyponate (250mgs 2x per week)
400 mgs Deconate (200mgs 2x per week)
Anastrozole .5g daily
Diet: 5,000+ calories daily, high carb, PRO and fats.
I hired someone to make 3 meals for me while at the office to get food in my body. At the 5th week i was only at 180lb. Thanks to the feedback and diet change I doubled my calories.
NOW
197lbs and still 6% body fat
PCT:
Clomid 2x per day for 7 days, then 1x per day for 7 days
HCG 10,000 total IU's: 1,000 IU's EOD
What should my PC workouts consists of? Should i decrease the intensity?
Any feedback on diet during PCT?
