    Thumbs up New to this board

    I like it so far,Belong to other boards some for as long as 5yrs.been lifting since 1988.I am 31 6'2 250 currenlty getting back in this game hard and heavy.I had twins in Febuary so you guys can only imagine..
    Well I ahve had great experiences and bad.have been scamed by strangers and best freind.I just lift and learn like the rest.Hope I can be helpful.~BIG
