newbie front load ???? Test E

1st cycle since H.S> (37 now) test E have a 20cc vial... 300mg stuff .. Navladex on hand
planning on running 600mg (2cc) every 5 days
SHould I FRONT LOAD this..... I do not have any orals FYI

the scar on the left shoulder near the neck is a result of blowing out my sterno clavicular joint TWICE..... thank you baseball...

diet check?
Breakfast
4 eggs
1 bannana
Cup of oatmeal
Lunch
1 grilled chicken brest
2 can tuna drained
Snack
1 protien shake prolly 25 g of pro
Dinner
Hamburger patty dry
Potatoes no butter
Veggies
I cut out all beer and sodas. My goal on this cycle is to reproportion my muscle to BF. If I could get to a lean 190 I'd be happy. Fyi I weight 180 right now

More food, more often...you should eat about every 2 hours.
Also your lunch needs some carbs too....

You need more frequent meals more carbs in the form of vegetables and more healthy fats(salmon,almonds,ect)And definitely go hard on cardio Not to Flame but IMO you should have never started a cycle untill your diet was 100%.With that being said I always frontload long esters Marcus has a great thread on frontloading somewere hit the search and type In frontloading Should come up.

I agree on the diet not in check comment.. not arguing the point... My diet has never been terrible.... well not super terrible..
Hard cardio plan on it...
Almonds huh????? I like almonds
All this being said I will post my results with a photo every 2 weeks.... 37 feeling old .. not vibrant... statying a a certain weight ... and BF all the time... got tired of it.. Looked at pic of me in college playing baseball... different person... Will eating all of these calories get me a bigger gut that I have already...... >>>>???????

My cycle is not based solely on MASS gaining .. Im looking for reshape , fine tune .. looking for LEAN ... Thoughts>?

Definitelly more food. Throw in some tuna, chicken or steak. You want atleast 6 meals/day.
More lean = more cardio + proper diet

Eating today and I feel like a total fat ass It's 11:30 local and I feel like I couldn't eat any more if I tried.. full ass stomach...

i dont know if i would say eat more if you want to be leaner. but splitting up yours meals and eating 6 times per day will keep you metabolism in high gear. but eating healthy is prolly to most important. but check out the diet forum, this is said in almost every post. haha
