Many AAS come from there, I personally have never used anything from there though. Western union is a common way to do things with ugl's.

Its not surprising. I have sent WU to a country in Europe and to Asia as well. Both orders were golden.

it says when sent the order you have to fill in MTCN is that a code you get when you send the order by western union?

You'll get that number from western union when you send the money. Then send them the number after sending the money.

One of the beauties of WU is that a person can send up to $1,000 from a store that has WU anywhere in the world and the sender does not have to show ID (although if there is a screw up the sender would need ID to reverse the transaction and get their money back). It is also possible to pick up money without showing ID by using a passphrase question as a code like: What's my age? 32
So then the receiver goes to WU and gives the MTCN number and says the little code question/answer and gets the cash. No ID required on either end.
So 'your friend' could send the money to the dude, then have the dude send the stuff to you. No papertrail of payment (other than your prints on the wu form and your mug on the video recording camera...but they are never going to check those things unless they are looking for a serial killer

It depends on who you are dealing with. The beauty of WU is the ease and that it can be anonymous for you (and the supplier, or he can use multiple people to pick up funds).
The downside is that if you send $250 bucks to some scam artist 3000 miles away from you, your stuck. With a credit card transaction you can reverse it. With WU, once the money is picked up that's it. So it is dependent on weather or not you can trust your source.

As a side note:
I do find it amusing that suppliers who use WU to receive funds are plainly obvious to WU that they are doing business of some sort.
I mean, how many friends and family send money to a friend and/or family member in ammounts like 162.50 LMAO

And then when WU pulls up a screen of all the recipients of funds in your sisters town they see 200 ppl send your sister ammt's like that all the time and 99% of the rest of the ppl in your sisters town who get WU sent to them always get it in round figures to the $10 or $20 mark.
It would take 10 seconds for a WU employee to flag a recipient, of course they know they are doing some sort of business.
Sources would stay further below the radar if they only received funds in multiples of $10.00

The initial question here has been answered, I'm closing this down so this doesn't end up straying into source talk.
