first cycle...
making a cycle for a friend, but its his first one, i dont want to be to harsh on him
6'1" 200lb
he wants to lose as much fat as possible, but put on some muscle, or keep the muscle he has...i dont want to put him on anything like clen or t3, i think that stuff is a little harsh for his first time...heres what im thinkin...
test/winny cycle? or just test?
1. 400mg test E and 50 mg winny EOD...
or
2. just the 400mg of test E
im only thinking winny cause he wants to burn some fat off

winny does not burn fat. 500mg/week of test would be good along with a good workout routine and training hard as well as a good diet.

could someone that knows what they are talking about please respond to this...
i dont need someone to tell me that winny doesnt burn fat, i know it doesnt burn fat specifically, but it does oxidize your food comsumption faster, so in turn, yes it does burn fat
anyone have anything "helpful" to add?
