making a cycle for a friend, but its his first one, i dont want to be to harsh on him
6'1" 200lb
he wants to lose as much fat as possible, but put on some muscle, or keep the muscle he has...i dont want to put him on anything like clen or t3, i think that stuff is a little harsh for his first time...heres what im thinkin...
test/winny cycle? or just test?
1. 400mg test E and 50 mg winny EOD...
or
2. just the 400mg of test E
im only thinking winny cause he wants to burn some fat off
