hey guys ive been cutting for the past few months trying to get my bf% down from 18%, im finally down to about 14% and am considering a few cycles

been lifting for a couple of years now
NO previous cycles
diet in check (following milos sarcev's diet plan)
goal:
put on quality hard muscle while keeping BF% low
